Modern hotel, friendly staff, with a delicious breakfast that had everything you could possibly want. It’s just a two-minute walk to beautiful Albert Docks which offers lovely walks along the river and great restaurants.

I really appreciated the quick access to the Beatles Story, just a short walk away, and the stunning views from my room made the experience even more enjoyable, allowing me to fully soak in Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere while strolling along the waterfront.

The superior twin room had a great view of the arena and the river. It was super clean with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and quality toiletries. The fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

I loved the spectacular views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices that set me up for a day of discovery in the city, with quick walks to attractions like The Beatles Story and the Merseyside Maritime Museum just a short stroll away.

The Superior King Room was really nice! The huge bed was super comfy, and I loved the big windows with a stunning river view. The room was clean and modern with a lovely bathroom that had great toiletries. Only downside was the lack of drawer space for clothes, which was a bit annoying.

Jack at the concierge provided exceptional service by offering my kids drawing supplies, turning a hectic evening into a joyful experience. The breakfast staff also added a personal touch that eased our busy mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our son. The highlight was the engaging kids' entertainment program, which kept him happily occupied while we relaxed. The facilities were top-notch. we loved the comfy beds and the vibrant atmosphere in the bar area was just perfect.

My kids wished there were a little more snack options available for late-night cravings.

Excellent fit for a budget stay in Liverpool with very good value for money. Room service was quick, and Paul brought us breakfast with a smile. Check for possible river view rooms for a nice touch.

I stayed for 3 nights, and it was such a good time. The room was super comfy, with a fab view of the river. Breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were really friendly, especially at the bar! Just wish the check-in took a bit less time. All in all, a great spot for a chill getaway.

It was just an optimal selection for a rapid stop in Liverpool with good value. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Make sure to ask for extra tea and coffee supplies upon check-in.
